If I am interested in bottles, can I get your price list?
Yes, please inform me of the bottles’s code, the volume of the bottles, the color and the quantity that you require, then we will offer you the details as you want by e-mail. If you are not sure about the product, please send me the pictures of the bottles, we have a mold center, which makes the mold for you once you can provide us the drawing or the sample you have.
Can you produce according to customers' design?
Of course, we are a professional manufacturer we have our own supporting mold center, and we always ready to provide customers with supporting services and personalized service at any time. What you need to do is provide us with a sample or accurate design drawing.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Different product with different minimum order, so please contact with us before you place the order.
How can I get some samples?
We are honored to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost. Regarding the courier cost, you can arrange a service upon FEDEX,UPS,DHL,etc.to have samples collected;or inform us your courier account.
How long is the normal delivery time?
The time of shipment is about one week if we have enough stock. If out of stock, the time of shipment is about one month.
What is the payment method?
Our payment is in many ways, like T/T, L/C,Western union and so on.
What are shipping method and time?
- Express couriers like DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, etc, shipping time is about 2 weeks depending on country and area.
- By airport to port: about 7-12days depending on the port.
- By sea port to port: about 20-35days
- Agent appointed by clients.
What type of information is required for quoting a molding project?
we’ll need more specifics like the annual quantity needed, material preference, part prints or CAD files, part samples (if available), description of part application, time frame for prototype parts, and time frame for production parts.
What material should I use for my project?
Most material is application-specific. If you don’t have a material selected for your application, we can help and offer some guidance. Often several resins can be sampled, but the customer has final approval before proceeding.
